The CB Dog Company Grooming Studio

By booking an appointment with The CB Dog Company Grooming Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure the safety, well-being, and best grooming experience for your pet.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced grooming time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be subject to full-service charges before rebooking.

3. Pet Health & Behavior

  • All dogs must be in good health and free from contagious conditions. Please inform us of any medical or behavioral issues before the appointment.

  • Aggressive or overly anxious dogs may require special handling or refusal of service for safety reasons.

  • We are a force-free grooming studio and do not use any harsh handling techniques.

4. Vaccination & Parasites

  • All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, including rabies. Proof may be required.

  • Dogs with fleas or ticks will be refused service or incur a surcharge for necessary parasite treatment.

5. Matted Coats & Shaving Policy

  • Severely matted coats can cause pain and discomfort. We will assess the best approach for removal, which may include shaving.

  • We are not responsible for skin irritation or any conditions revealed after mat removal.

  • An additional charge will be incurred for matted coats with an equiment fee included

6. Senior Dogs & Special Needs

  • We specialize in handling senior dogs with care. However, owners acknowledge that older pets may have increased grooming risks due to existing health conditions.

7. Liability & Injuries

  • While every precaution is taken, grooming involves sharp tools, and minor nicks or cuts can occur, especially in matted or sensitive areas.

  • The CB Dog Company Grooming Studio is not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during grooming.

8. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing varies by breed, coat condition, and temperament. Additional charges may apply for excessive matting or special handling.

  • Full payment is due upon collection. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods.

9. Media & Photography

  • We may take photos of your pet before, during, or after grooming for record-keeping and promotional use unless you request otherwise.
